Dentistry is a matter of trust. That's why we place such value on a team that is not only clinically excellent but also convincing on a human level. We take the time you need – for your questions, your concerns, and a relaxed treatment experience.

Practice Team
Who guides you through your visit
Several professional roles work together in a dental practice. Who is responsible for what isn't always obvious from the outside – here's an overview.
Reception & Administration
The first voice on the phone and the first face at the door. This is where appointment scheduling, questions about treatment and cost plans, and coordination with insurers and the lab come together. If you're not sure who to turn to: start here.
Chairside Assistance
Dental assistants (ZFA) support every treatment, prepare instruments, and make sure hygiene and workflow are on point. They're also the ones keeping an eye on how you're doing during treatment.
Preventive Care Team
Dental prophylaxis assistants (ZMP) and dental hygienists hold a multi-year additional qualification. They handle professional teeth cleaning, aftercare following periodontal treatment, and paediatric preventive care – you'll often see these colleagues more often than the dentist.
Dentists & Anaesthesia
Diagnosis, treatment planning, and all dental procedures. For sedation treatments, we work with a specialist anaesthesiologist who monitors the sedation – so the treatment team can focus entirely on your teeth.
How we work together
Dentistry is craft and trust at once. One can be measured in equipment and training, the other you only notice once you're in the treatment chair. Both matter to us – and we believe they're connected: a team that works well together and has each other's backs carries that calm through to the people in the chair.
We stay current professionally. Continuing education is actively supported at our practice, and we work with modern technology – digital 3D X-ray and the intraoral scanner, which makes conventional impression material unnecessary in many cases.
Organisationally, we value reliable working conditions: no late shifts after 6 pm, predictable hours, and a collegial team culture. That's not an end in itself – a team that stays knows its patients. If you'd like to be part of it, our current openings are listed on our German careers page.
